Scope depends on the state of the build, the team around it and what must be true at handover. These are the useful first principles.
Yes. We can own a defined feature or production lane, support an existing team or take on a focused rescue and delivery task. The scope, dependencies, communication rhythm and acceptance checks are agreed before work begins.
Yes. An initial technical review identifies the engine version, project structure, source-control workflow, current risks and the smallest useful first milestone. We work within the existing architecture where that is the soundest path.
Yes. Prototype work is framed around the question the build must answer—whether a mechanic feels right, a technical approach is feasible, or the project is ready for a deeper production commitment.
