How we handle your booking information.

What we collect

When you send a booking request, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number, requested dates, guest count and any message. The hosting platform may also create routine security and diagnostic logs.

Payment card or bank details are not collected by this website.

Why we use it

Your information is used to answer your request, check availability, prepare a direct quote, arrange your arrival, provide the stay and resolve questions connected with it. Basic technical information may be used to keep the form reliable and reduce misuse.

Storage and sharing

Booking requests are stored in the website’s secured booking database. Information is shared only with the Luxe Nest hosts and service providers needed to operate the site, communicate with you or process a payment you later authorise.

We do not sell booking information or use it for unrelated advertising. Records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for booking administration, safety, accounting and legal obligations.

Chat, cookies and payments

Chat messages and booking details are stored on the SeaSerpent VPS for the hosts to respond. Essential secure cookies reconnect this browser to your stays and conversations for up to 90 days; the host login lasts up to 12 hours. Clearing cookies or changing devices may prevent access, so keep your booking reference. When enabled, Mobile Message receives the host mobile number and a short chat notification link, not your message content. The link still requires host login. PayPal processes payments on its own service when enabled; this website stores order and payment references, not card credentials.

Your choices

You can ask to access or correct the contact information attached to your request. You can also ask for deletion where the hosts are not required to retain the record. Contact the hosts at crue.watene@hotmail.com and include your request reference where possible.

Australian privacy guidance

Whether the Australian Privacy Act applies can depend on the operator and its activities. Luxe Nest nevertheless aims to handle personal information carefully and transparently.
