Booking terms

Simple terms, before you commit.

A direct request lets the hosts confirm the exact rate and conditions with you personally. Sending a request does not charge you.

A request is not yet a confirmed booking

Submitting dates starts a conversation with the hosts. Your stay is confirmed only after the hosts have accepted the dates in writing, supplied the total rate and cancellation terms, and any required payment has been received through the method stated in that confirmation.

Rates, payment and cancellation

Any displayed estimate is subject to a host offer. Your offer in My stays shows the total and cancellation conditions and normally holds the dates for 48 hours. Review those details before paying. When configured by the host, you can pay through PayPal or follow the supplied PayID instructions. PayID transfers require host verification; submitting a request or viewing payment instructions does not confirm payment. Contact the host about changes, refunds or an expired offer before transferring money.

Any refund or cancellation right available under Australian law continues to apply.

  • Maximum occupancy is six guests.

Looking after the home

Luxe Nest is smoke-free and pet-free. Parties, hens, bucks and similar events are not permitted. Guests are responsible for reasonable care of the home and should report accidental damage promptly so the hosts can help.

Exterior security cameras, smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms are disclosed for safety. Cameras are not located in private indoor areas.

Availability and changes

Availability remains subject to host confirmation. If an unexpected maintenance or safety issue prevents the stay, the hosts will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and explain the available remedy. No term on this page removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your consumer rights

Australian consumer guarantees apply automatically where the Australian Consumer Law covers the service and cannot be taken away by these terms. The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission provides a plain-language guide to consumer rights and guarantees.

Questions

Ask Rabbia or Mahadi about any term before paying. Your written booking confirmation and the specific rate and cancellation details in it form part of your agreement for that stay.
