A creature starts with silhouette, temperament, materials, and a reason to exist in its biome. Production only begins once those decisions agree.
The work behind the bond
Concept art is translated into a model, a practical skeleton, deformation tests, and motion reviews. Each step is checked against the same creature identity rather than treated as an isolated technical task.

Development journals will keep collecting representative moments without exposing protected source material or presenting unrelated legacy work as Manamon.
